- thanks to my sister's gentle prodding, i finally started a blog when i temporarily relocated to portland for work. i started it mostly for my parents (the lovely john and theresa) so they could keep up on what i was up to there, but, as expected, i stopped adding posts. i am now back in brooklyn with a fair amount of time on my hands, so here i am, giving it another shot...
